Michael Boni is a highly experienced Canadian Physiotherapist and Certified Athletic Therapist with a passion for guiding learners and clients towards success. He has extensive experience in designing, accrediting, and assessing musculoskeletal and manual therapy curriculum. Michael has long-standing history of service within IFOMPT as the past Canadian Delegate to IFOMPT (2017-2025), past Executive Member of CAMPT (2016-2025), and Co-Chair of the IFOMPT Learning and Professional Development Task Force (sine 2025).
Michael serves as an Associate Professor (Teaching), Associate Director (Curriculum Lead), and a Co-Coordinator for the Athletic Therapy Certificate Program in the School of Kinesiology & Health Science in the Faculty of Health, at York University in Toronto, Canada. He is a long-time Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manual and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapists (FCAMPT) and serves as an Examiner and Lead Instructor for the community-based IFOMPT accredited Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal (AIM) Physiotherapy Program of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
