Lily currently serves as the Vice President for Academic Affairs and Research at Silliman University. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from A.T. Still University and her PhD in Administration from Silliman University. She is the past President of the Philippine Association of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy.

Her work reflects her passion for both clinical practice and education. Her research focuses on manual therapy and academic practice, and she has always been driven by the belief that quality care and quality instruction go hand in hand. One of the achievements she is most proud of is helping establish two university-based clinics that offer free physical therapy services to underprivileged communities—an effort rooted in her commitment to service and accessibility.
Before returning home to the Philippines in 2016, Lily spent nearly 20 years in the United States with Select Medical Corporation, managing several outpatient clinics. Her clinical strengths include manual therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, and industrial rehabilitation, areas in which she continues to mentor others. Her advocacies focus on strengthening the physical therapy profession, promoting professional development, and supporting underserved populations in gaining better access to care and opportunities.

Outside of work, Lily finds joy and a sense of grounding in her family. She is happily married to a very supportive husband, a mother of three, and a proud fur parent to four dogs.
