To explore and implement effective marketing and communicating strategies to ensure that IFOMPT activities, projects, conferences, and other important information is disseminated through to the larger worldwide physiotherapy community.

• Objective 1: To explore additional communication strategies with our MO, AMO, and RIG members, and come up with ways to implement these to enhance our reach.
• Objective 2: To create marketing and communication tools that could be used by the member organisations (MO’s RIG’s and AMO’s) for the promotion of IFOMPT and manual/musculoskeletal physical therapy
• Objective 3: To develop a marketing strategy to maximize the impact of IFOMPT 2028 in Vancouver.
• Objective 4: To appoint a social media subgroup which will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategy which will support the workings of IFOMPT and that will provide content for the used social media in casu Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin and that will develop a strategy to enhance the social media reach.

The advisory group chair and the EC representative will be responsible for ensuring effective communication between the advisory group and the EC.

The advisory group will work remotely using email, video conferencing, online meeting platforms, or any other technology as needed to enable fair and reasonable consideration of any matters. All documents will be available to members in electronic format, information contained in documents is confidential to IFOMPT staff, the advisory group, and the EC.

Members of the advisory group will comply with IFOMPT’s conflict of interest policy, and any other relevant policies, at all times. Members will declare any matters that may create a true or perceived conflict of interest or bias at the start of each meeting and at other times as required by policies.

The advisory group cannot invite further individuals onto the group without the specific agreement of the EC.
